業務内容
幅広い金融サービスを提供する当社にて、ウェルスサービス推進部担当者として下記業務をご担当頂きます。
【具体的な内容】
・ プライベートジェット事業を軸とした超富裕層向け観光体験価値の創造
~プライベートジェット×宿泊のシームレスな体験設計~
自宅~空港(プライベートジェット専用乗降スペース~宿泊施設まで、滞りない移動とホスピタリティが融合した高付加価値商品の企画
・ 富裕層顧客、海外の代理店等に対する営業推進及び営業支援
・ メールや電話での問い合わせや利用申し込みへの対応
・ その他営業・マーケティングに関する業務
※プライベートジェット事業について
当社のプライベートジェット事業は100%子会社により展開されています。
子会社は現在、沖縄事業所において離島へのドクター搬送事業を行っておりますが、今般、新たにホンダジェットを導入し、成田事業所においてプライベートジェット事業の展開を本格的に目指しております。
子会社にて航空機のオペレーションに集中し、営業・マーケティング業務は当社において実施いたします。

【必須スキル】
以下の全てを満たす方
・ 旅行観光産業(宿泊業・航空会社・旅行業のいずれか)における営業経験(代理店営業・法人営業・個人営業)が概ね10年程度あること
・ 英語力(読み書き:英文メールのやり取りが可能なレベル)
・ 普通自動車免許
【歓迎するスキル】
・ラグジュアリーブランド、顧客マーケティングに関わる業務経験
・外国人インバウンドを対象とした、宿泊・航空旅行業としての営業経験
【必須要件補足】
次のような経験のみの場合、応募資格に該当しません。
団体旅行の経験のみ、OTA(オンライン旅行代理店)の経験のみ、外国人インバウンド経験のみ。

月給 390,000 円 - 620,000円
想定年収:620万円~1,000万円程度
ご経験を元に当社規定により決定。
非管理職の場合:残業手当別途支給。

9:00~17:45(所定労働時間7時間45分)
休憩時間:60分(11:30~13:30の間)

- 年間休日数120日
- 完全週休2日制(土・日・祝日、年末年始12/31~1/3)
- 年次有給休暇(正社員:入社時6日、半年後8日、以降1年毎に14日~20日付与)(契約社員:入社半年後10日、以降1年毎に11日~20日付与)
- 半日単位休暇
- 時間単位休暇(1時間単位で取得可能)
- 病気休暇(本人の私傷病の場合に取得可能。入社からの勤続期間により2日~14日付与)
- 連続休暇(毎事業年度の初日に在籍する社員が、5営業日連続で休暇を取得した場合、特別休暇3日付与)
- 特別休暇(慶弔休暇・赴任休暇・公務休暇等)
- 復活有給休暇(本人の私傷病、家族の看護・介護の場合)
