仕事内容


ウォッチ&ジュエリー部門の6つのブランドの開発に貢献するITインフラテクニカルプロジェクトコーディネーターを募集します。

システムとネットワークの設計、実践的な機能を備えたベンダー管理など、インフラストラクチャプロジェクトの技術的側面を監督する責任を負い、L2サポートチームの一員として、インフラストラクチャソリューションに関連する日常の活動(Wi-Fi、電話、店舗イベント(新規オープン、改装、ポップアップ)、およびその他の資産運用に関連する活動)に貢献します。

・インフラストラクチャプロジェクトの開始から終了までの技術的側面を監督し、プロジェクト管理基準とベストプラクティスに確実に準拠します

・プロジェクトの範囲と要件、タイムライン、それに対応する予算を定義して管理します。 進行状況を監視し、利害関係者に報告します

・プロジェクト後のレビューを実施して、改善すべき領域を特定し、学んだ教訓を実装します

・L2サポートメンバーとして、L1ヘルプデスクからエスカレーションされたエンドユーザーのインシデント解決に貢献します

・現場作業や遠隔操作のエンドアコーディネーションを管理します

・日々の定義されたIT運用により、システムを稼働状態に維持することに貢献します。実装された新しいシステムの運用ドキュメントの作成に貢献し、既存の手順を最新の状態に保ちます

【給与】

年俸 6,000,000円~7,000,000円

・年次有給休暇:入社1年度年次有給休暇は入社月に応じ、入社3か月経過後に付与する。

経験・資格


・コンピュータサイエンス、情報技術、または関連分野の学士号

・ネットワーク設計、サーバー展開、セキュリティ、クラウドサービスを含むITインフラストラクチャプロジェクト管理における5年以上の経験

・計画、リスク管理、問題解決を含む、実績のある優れたプロジェクト管理スキル

・日本語が堪能。英語能力(スピーキング・ライティング)は高く評価されますが、必須ではありません

・ソフトウェアおよびハードウェアのトラブルシューティングの経験

・AD、O365、PowerShell、Cisco Meraki Networkの知識

・VMWare WorkSpaceOne、Apple iOSの知識
