仕事内容:

当社では、業務委託(独立請負)として、メンテナンス・修理業務を行っていただける方を募集しています。

本募集は雇用ではありません。業務は案件ごとの依頼制となります。

大工工事・軽作業塗装・壁紙電気作業(軽微なもののみ)配管タイル・セラミック・コンクリート補修その他メンテナンス業務

案件ごとに内容をご案内し、受注するかどうかはご自身で判断していただきます。

Property management company is seeking independent contractors to provide maintenance and repair services for rental apartments and guesthouses in Tokyo.

This is not an employment position. Work is offered on a per-request / per-project basis.

Carpentry / minor construction

Painting / wallpaper

Electrical work (minor only)

Plumbing

Tile / ceramic / concrete repair

General maintenance and repairs

You may accept or decline each job request at your discretion.

求める人材:

業務委託(独立事業者)として業務が可能な方工具はご自身のものを使用作業方法・スケジュールは自己裁量移動手段(車・バイク等)をお持ちの方歓迎普通自動車免許をお持ちの方優遇

Must operate as an independent contractor
