仕事内容


当クリニックは、オンライン診療や自由診療を手掛ける医療機関として、患者様へ医薬品をお届けするサービスを行っています。今回募集する「梱包発送チーム」は、患者様が安心してお薬を受け取れるよう、発送用シールの発行から梱包・発送業務、PCでのデータ入力作業までを担う大切なポジションです。

【具体的な業務内容】

  • 発送用シール印刷業務

・PCでの簡単なデータ入力作業

・宅配便の送り状作成、発送手続き

  • 梱包・発送業務

・患者様ごとに処方内容を確認し、医薬品をピッキング

・納品書や同梱物のセット

・出荷先ごとに梱包作業

重い荷物を持つような力仕事はほとんどありません。医薬品を扱うため、清潔かつ丁寧な作業が求められますが、慣れればスムーズに進められます。ラベル貼りや段ボールの組み立てなど、軽作業が中心です。

  • PC入力業務

・患者様情報や発送情報の入力

・在庫管理システムの更新

・出荷報告書や簡単な資料作成

基本的なPC操作(文字入力や簡単なExcel作業)ができれば問題ありません。業務で使用するフォーマットやシステムの使い方は、研修で丁寧にお教えします。

力仕事ほぼなし

医薬品を扱うため、重量物を持つ作業は基本的にありません。体への負担が少ないのが魅力です。

PC作業あり

コツコツした作業が好きな方にぴったり。入力作業も重要なお仕事です。

医療業界未経験OK

医薬品の知識は不要。入社後の研修や先輩のフォローがあるため安心です。

お祝い金制度あり

月10,000円の皆勤手当が支給されるので、頑張りがしっかり評価されます。

勤務時間詳細


総労働時間:1週あたり40時間

勤務時間は以下の時間です。

10時-19時(休憩1時間)

基本的に残業はほとんどなく、定時で退社できる環境です。

シフトは週5日勤務で、完全週休2日制を採用しており、プライベートとの両立がしやすいのが特徴です。希望休などもご相談いただけますので、ライフスタイルに合わせて勤務可能です。

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代・一律手当の総額

基本給:月給 20万円 〜

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり5万円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり5時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:あり

1ヶ月あたり1万円

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

給与例


月給260,000円(基本給200,000円+固定残業代50,000円+皆勤手当10,000円)※実質残業ほぼなし
