仕事内容
【未経験OKモデルのマネージャー】広告などで活躍する外国人・ハーフモデルのオーディション同行・通訳など、マネジメント業務全般をお任せします
具体的には
クライアントからの依頼への対応(メールが中心)
案件に合う所属モデルのアサイン&スケジューリング
クライアントとの折衝・営業
SNSの運用
オーディション会場への同行
モデルの生活のサポート など

キャスティング会社やファッション関連の企業、広告代理店などです。

【未経験OK経験者ももちろん歓迎】英語でのコミュニケーションができる方(日常会話程度)人に寄り添うことができる方20~30代女性が活躍中
【応募条件】
- 英語を話せる方
- モデルと仕事内容を話したり、オーディション先での通訳として演技内容を伝えたりするイメージ。
クライアントとは日本語でやりとりするので、ビジネス英語レベルは必要ありません。
※車の運転はしないため、運転免許は不要です

相手に寄り添えない方 モデルによっては、なかなか仕事が軌道に乗らず悩むことも。励ましたり相談に応じたりと、きめ細かく寄り添う姿勢でモチベーションを高められるような対応が大切です。

雇用形態:正社員
勤務時間:10:00~19:00(休憩60分)
※リモート勤務可能
※残業ほぼナシ定時退社の日も多数あります。
- 一部、モデルさんの入り時間に合わせて
起床確認の連絡などを行う場合があります。

給与:月給25万~35万円+手当+賞与
※経験や年齢・スキルなどを考慮して決定します。
※固定残業代(3万9,300円~5万4,900円/25時間分)を含む。超過分は別途支給します。
※試用期間3ヶ月~最大6ヵ月(期間中は契約社員。給与額に変更はありません)。その後、正社員として労働契約を締結します。

Q.入社のきっかけは? 友人が他社でモデルのマネージャーをしているのをSNSで見て、自分もやってみたいと思ったんです。当社はSNSで検索して知りました # Q.仕事のやりがいは? 自分が携わった案件を街中で見た時は大きなやりがいを感じます。ファッション系の広告が多いので、有名な商業施設などに行くと所属モデルのポスターが大きく張り出されていたりして、頑張ってよかったなと嬉しくなります。 # Q.仕事で印象に残っていることは? モデル未経験の子が、だんだんポージングがうまくなったり仕事が増えたりしていくプロセスが印象に残っていますね。モデルやご家族から感謝されたこともあって嬉しかったです。
