仕事内容:

・海外/国内コンテンツ、IPの商品化展開に関わる業務を行っています。ファグラーライセンス業務、及び海外に向けたアニメグッズ展開のための人員補強の採用です。

・ライセンス商品の監修業務。経験豊富なチームメンバーと協力して、商品化プロセス全体に関わる重要な役割を担います。

・ライセンス契約の交渉、契約内容の管理・遂行、プロモーション戦略の立案、およびパートナーシップの維持を通じて、クリエイティブな視点で国内外のコンテンツやIP展開をサポートします。

・異なる文化や言語に対する理解を通じて、国内外企業とのパートナーシップを強化し、異文化間のコンテンツ展開を促進する重要な役割を果たす仕事です。

勤務時間・曜日:

■勤務時間

月~金 9:30 ~ 18:30 (休憩60分)

(業務内容により、週に1回~2回程度在宅勤務の可能性がございます)

固定残業代あり:月給¥240,000以上は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥24,300(15時間相当分)を含む。15時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
