「【管理職_生産_広島】未経験歓迎」のポジションの求人です
■具体的な業務内容
1)生産における業務改善
製品の品質向上、原価低減、増産対応に向けて、現状の分析から仮説を立案。
テストを行いながら、改善活動を行います。
「どうすれば、苗の長さが揃うのか?」
「作業をより効率的にするレイアウトは?」などを考えながら実験。
実際にどんな改善が見られたかデータをとりながら、より良い手法を模索していきます。
2)パート従業員のマネジメント業務
1日の段取りに沿って作業指示を行います。
出荷予測数をもとにした種まき・収穫などをパート従業員へ指示。
正しい作業内容、適切な時間内で作業が行われているかを確認、指導していきます。
パート従業員と一緒に現場で手を動かし、スムーズな野菜作りを支援することもあります。
3)生産センター全体のマネジメント業務
設備の老朽化対応、パート従業員の個人情報管理の徹底など、
生産センター運営に必要な改善業務を行います。
■入社後のキャリア
生産担当、または、センター長補佐からキャリアをスタートし、いずれはセンター長として、経営層・他部門と連携した生産センター全体のマネジメントを担って頂きます。

日本における発芽野菜、高成分野菜を導入し、マーケットを創ってきた会社であり、発芽野菜の需要は年々増加傾向にあります。その需要にお応えするために、2022年に宮城県大郷町に、2025年には北海道伊達市に新センターが稼働しました。今後は、海外企業との業務提携やライセンスビジネスなど、積極的な事業展開を実施します。2040年には、売上1,000億円、世界一の野菜メーカーを本気で目指しています。

【必須要件】
■管理者としてヒト・モノ・カネすべての管理経験をお持ちの方
■パート従業員や派遣社員をマネジメントした経験
■第一種普通自動車免許をお持ちの方
【給与】
年収 600 ~ 800 万円
※年収は現職・前職を考慮し決定します
なお、経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります
