職務概要

当社の環境・安全・衛生(EHS)部門において、労働衛生(Occupational Health)全般に関する管理・改善活動を担当します。

法令遵守、社内衛生基準の策定・運用、作業環境管理を通じて、従業員の健康維持・増進と安全な職場環境の確保を推進する役割です。

主な業務内容

  • 労働衛生に関する社内基準・手順の策定、維持、改善
  • 作業環境測定(粉じん、化学物質、騒音、照度、熱ストレスなど)の計画・実施および改善措置の推進
  • 労働安全衛生法、化学物質管理規制、産業保健関連規格に基づくコンプライアンス対応
  • 健康障害防止対策の立案、健康リスクに関する分析および再発防止策の策定
  • メンタルヘルス・過重労働対策、健康増進施策の企画・運用
  • 従業員への労働衛生教育・トレーニングの企画・実施
  • 産業医、保健スタッフ、HR、各部門との連携による健康管理施策の推進
  • 新規化学物質・設備導入時やプロセス変更時の労働衛生リスク評価
  • グローバルEHS基準および関連国際規格との整合性確保、社内外ステークホルダーとの連携

応募資格

  • 衛生工学、化学、保健科学、工学など労働衛生関連分野の学士以上
    または上記分野以外の学士であっても、実務で同等と見なせる知識や経験がある
  • 日本語能力として、JLPT N3 以上を必須とし、N2 以上の資格保持者を歓迎します
  • 労働安全衛生法、化学物質規制、作業環境管理に関する知識
  • 製造業・プラント・オフィス環境における労働衛生管理経験
  • 作業環境測定、リスクアセスメント、事故・健康障害調査の実務経験
  • (歓迎)作業環境測定士、衛生管理者、EHS関連資格(例:ISO45001内部監査員)

Job Summary

In the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) department, you will be responsible for the overall management and improvement of Occupational Health.

This role contributes to maintaining and enhancing employee health and ensuring a safe workplace environment through legal compliance, development and operation of internal health standards, and workplace environment management.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and improve internal standards and procedures related to occupational health.
  • Plan and conduct workplace environment measurements (e.g., dust, chemical substances, noise, illumination, heat stress) and promote corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with the Industrial Safety and Health Act, chemical substance management regulations, and occupational health–related standards.
  • Plan measures to prevent health impairments, analyze health risks, and formulate recurrence prevention strategies.
  • Plan and operate mental health initiatives, overwork prevention programs, and health promotion activities.
  • Plan and deliver occupational health education and training for employees.
  • Promote health management initiatives through collaboration with occupational physicians, healthcare staff, HR, and other departments.
  • Conduct occupational health risk assessments when introducing new chemical substances or equipment, or during process changes.
  • Ensure alignment with global EHS standards and relevant international regulations, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in occupational health engineering, chemistry, health sciences, engineering, or other related fields.
    Applicants with degrees outside these fields may also be considered if they possess equivalent professional knowledge or experience.
  • Japanese language proficiency: JLPT N3 or above required; N2 or above preferred.
  • Knowledge of the Industrial Safety and Health Act, chemical substance regulations, and workplace environment management.
  • Experience in occupational health management in manufacturing, plant, or office settings.
  • Practical experience in workplace environment measurements, risk assessments, and incident or health impairment investigations.
  • Preferred qualifications: Working Environment Measurement Expert, Health Supervisor, EHS-related certifications (e.g., ISO 45001 Internal Auditor).
