Key Responsibilities(主な職務内容)

• 半導体製造工場におけるBCP戦略の策定・更新
• リスク評価(自然災害、設備停止、物流障害など)と影響分析
• 緊急対応手順、復旧計画の設計・改善
• 各部門との連携によるBCP訓練・シミュレーションの企画・実施
• サプライチェーンの冗長化、代替調達計画の策定
• BCP関連の法規制・業界標準への適合確認
• KPI設定と定期レビュー、改善提案

Required Qualifications(必須要件)

• 工学、情報システム、リスクマネジメント、危機管理、または関連分野での学士号、または同等の専門知識
• 製造業におけるBCPまたはリスク管理の実務経験(3年以上)
• プロジェクトマネジメントスキル
• 日本語・英語でのビジネスコミュニケーション能力
• データ分析・レポーティングスキル

Preferred Qualifications(歓迎要件)

• 半導体業界での経験
• ISO 22301(事業継続マネジメント)に関する知識
• EHS(環境・安全衛生)やサプライチェーン管理の知識
• 危機管理・災害対応の実務経験
