Japan Advanced Semiconductor Manufacturing, Inc. (JASM) is a subsidiary established in Kumamoto Prefecture. TSMC is a majority shareholder of JASM, whereas Sony Semiconductor Solutions Corporation, Denso Corporation, and Toyota Motor Corporation are minority shareholders. JASM is TSMC's first manufacturing facility in Kumamoto Prefecture, Japan. It was established to meet the strong global demand for semiconductors. Summary
Responsible for planning and directing Fab activities related to product manufacturing and full automation environments in a semiconductor Fab.
Control the production schedule, delivery date and output, and increase production capacity to reduce costs.
Regularly supervise the work of personnel, provide opinions and conduct performance assessments.

Responsibilities
(Immediately after hiring)
Work with the process integration team and module engineering to produce high quality wafers through full automation systems.
Effectively plan Fab capacity to maximize the Fab capabilities to meet customer requirements and act as a driving force of the Fab to meet production goals.
Clarify responsibilities so that subordinates understand his job content and goals.
(Scope of change)
There is a reassignment to the work specified by the Company.

- 産業工学、科学工学、統計学、機械工学、または関連分野の学士以上、または同等の実務経験と経歴
2.優れたプロジェクト管理能力とコミュニケーション能力

- Bachler and above in Industry Engineering, Science engineering, Statistics, Mechanical Engineering or related field or equivalent work experiences and background.
