Evaluate and explain variances Improve capital allocation processes compliance (e.g.initial approvals and change management) to achieve greater value for the company Develop budget walks and lessons learned with construction teams during project execution and at project completion Participate in project control improvement efforts leveraging best practices Analyze project data and reports to identify risks and opportunities Bachelor's degree in construction, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or related field Experience in project controls, quantity surveying, financial management focused on construction Expertise in capital project controls or quantity surveying (e.g.
