仕事内容(概要)


半導体製造における「品質改善」「歩留まり向上」を目的としたエンジニアのサポート業務です。製造過程で発生する欠陥や異常を監視・簡易解析し、改善活動を支援します。

現場とのコミュニケーションは日本語が中心ですが、外国人エンジニアとのやり取りもあるため、簡単な英語でのコミュニケーションに抵抗がない方を歓迎します(話せなくてもOK、翻訳ツール利用可)。

国際的な環境で業務に挑戦してみたい方にも最適なポジションです。

未経験の方も研修・OJTで基礎から学べるため、安心してスタートできます。

主な業務内容

  • 製造工程での欠陥監視・簡易的なデータまとめ
  • エンジニアの評価実験や改善活動のサポート
  • 欠陥トレンドの確認と初動対応の補助
  • 検査頻度や工程の最適化をアシストし、装置稼働率を維持
  • 改善活動の記録や標準作業の文書化

必須要件

  • 高校卒業以上
  • 基本的なPCスキル(Excel、PowerPoint、Word)
  • 責任感を持ち、率直なコミュニケーションができる方

  • データ解析ツール(JMP、Pythonなど)の使用経験
