半導体製造 工程管理スタッフ:

業務内容
・エリア内で、日勤/シフトメンバーと協力し半導体製造工程改善活動をサポート
・異常品・実験ロットを作業手順およびルール に従って処理し、問題解決についてのデータ収集およびまとめを実施
・日々の問題に関する上司、チームメンバー、関係者への報告
・管理文書・教育資料の内容の熟知とアップデートを実施

必須条件:
・Microsoft office(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlookなど)基本的なソフトウエアを 使用できる。
・日本語でのコミュニケーション must have Japanese language skills

• エリアの問題点の把握およびその改善を他のメンバーとともに遂行することができる方

勤務時間:シフト勤務 4勤4休
(昼勤→昼勤→夜勤→夜勤→4日間休み→昼勤→昼勤→夜勤→夜勤→4日間休み…のサイクル)
昼勤:8:00~20:15(実働10時間30分、休憩時間 105分)
夜勤:20:00~翌朝8:15(実働10時間15分、休憩時間 120分)

昼勤8:00~8:15 始業、前夜勤から引継

昼勤①11:15~12:00 (②12:15~13:00) 食事休憩

昼勤①14:15~14:45 (②15:00~15:30) 休憩

昼勤①17:00~17:30 (②17:45~18:15) 休憩

昼勤20:00~20:15 後夜勤へ引継、業務終了

夜勤20:00~20:15 始業、前昼勤から引継

夜勤①22:00~22:30 (②22:45~23:15) 休憩
