Responsibilities and Expected Work of ME MXT Engineers
- Workstation modeling taking into account constraints
- Improvement activities through cross-fabrication collaboration
- Rapid conversion flow to secure capacity and reduce verification time
- Improve throughput and reduce cycle time
- Identify bottleneck processes and develop improvement measures

ME MXT Team Engineer Responsibilities and Duties:
- Planning and execution of MXT-related improvement actions
- MAS logic adjustment and scheduling optimization
- Scenario analysis using capacity models
- Building and verifying MOR models
- Proposing improvements through data analysis
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams

Desired Skills
- Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes (especially MaxOut)
- Capacity modeling and simulation
- Experience working with MAS
- Ability to collaborate and negotiate within and outside the department
- Problem analysis and resolution skills
- Project promotion and management skills
- Written and oral English communication skills, TOEIC score > 600
- Written and oral Japanese communication skills, JLPT >=N1 or N2
