The Role
様々な種類のサーバー/ネットワーク/システム環境の保守管理と障害時の対応まで、運用の全ライフサイクルを幅広く担当いただけます。
(具体的な作業例)
1. 状態チェック
専用の画面で「サーバーが正常に動いているか」を確認
エラーが出ていたら、決められた手順で報告や簡単な対応(再起動など)
2. 定型作業
毎日・毎週のチェックリストに沿って確認
バックアップがちゃんと取れているか確認
ソフトの更新作業をサポート(指示通りに操作)
3. ドキュメント作成
作業した内容を記録
マニュアルや報告書の更新
