[Job Description]

It mainly entrusts you with customer service operations at
MINISTOP
, a convenience store brand under the AEON Group.

In the future, you will also have opportunities to be involved in event promotions, advertising planning, and training of new staff members.

Main Responsibilities

  • Customer service, cashier operations, inventory management, and part-time staff scheduling at the store
  • Planning and executing promotional events and advertisements for new product launches
  • Analyzing sales data, conducting marketing activities, and placing product orders
  • Recruiting and training new staff members
  • Managing store finances, including sales and cost control

Training Program

The training program is structured into three stages:

(1st Step)

Receive approximately two months of staff training at the head office to learn basic convenience store operations.

(2nd Step)

Undergo on-the-job operational training at your assigned store for about one to two years while developing practical skills in communication, management, and marketing.

Career review meetings are held three times a year to support your goal setting and growth.

(3rd Step)

Participate in leadership and management training to continuously enhance your skills in management, marketing, human resource development, and leadership.

Through its "Motivated HR System," it actively supports you in achieving the career goals you set at the time of joining.

  • Has experience working at a convenience store (part-time experience acceptable)
  • Naturally attentive and considerate toward others

  • Can commute to the head office Shimbashi, Minato-ku) within one hour door-to-door

  • Holds one of the following valid visa statuses (with at least six months remaining until expiration):

  • ※The company provides free support for visa renewal.
  • Has passed the
    Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT)
    at level N2 or N3, or possesses equivalent Japanese language ability.

In addition, to satisfy the requirements for work visa renewal, one of the following must apply:

  • Graduated from a vocational school, junior college, or university in Japan or your home country with a major related to store management such as accounting, business administration, economics, marketing, or management.

Or

  • Has prior full-time work experience in customer service or a similar field.

[Working Hours]

It adopts a
monthly variable working hour system (shift-based schedule)
.

Example Shifts:

  • 10:30 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. (next day)
  • 9:30 p.m. – 6:00 a.m. (next day)

The above are examples of night shifts. Working hours average 7 hours and 30 minutes per day with a 1-hour break.

Monthly Salary:
¥233,000

Breakdown:

  • Base Salary: ¥189,895
  • Adjustment Allowance (including night shift allowance): ¥43,105

During the basic training period (first 2 months after joining):

Annual Base Salary Increase:
