タケダ社内では、システムやITプラットフォームのことを「プロダクト」と呼んでいます。今回募集するProduct Managementチームは、カスタマーエクスペリエンスに関するプロダクトを企画・検討・構築・拡張・運用していく役割を担うチームです。

職務内容:
私たちが求めるプロダクトオーナーは、CXジャーニー/Omni Chanel Engagement(OCE)モデルの実現を支えるプロダクトの持つケイパビリティを発展・最大化させることで、顧客である医療関係者や従業員のエンゲージメント向上に貢献頂きます。
MR (Medical Replicative 医薬情報担当者)やMSL (Medical Sienese Liaison 高度または最新の科学的知見などを用いて、社外医科学専門家と医学的・科学的な交流を行う担当者) など、顧客であるHCPと直接対応を行うCFR (Customer Facing Roll) に対して、効果的・効率的な活動をサポートするデジタルサービスの企画・検討・開発・運用をいただきます。
具体的には
- プロダクトの企画・検討フェーズにおいては、ビジョン、ロードマップ、想定される価値・効果の策定
- プロダクトの開発フェーズにおいては、開発チームをリードし、バックログ・課題・スケジュール・予算を管理
- プロダクトの運用フェーズにおいては、KPIや利用状況の把握、継続的な機能拡張
- プロダクト開発の進捗状況や利用状況など、定期的かつ透明性をもって社内ステークホルダーへレポート
- Globalチームと連携し、JPBUでの検討状況の共有、グローバルリソース/アセットの活用
などを担います。
また、担当するプロダクトを軸として、部門内のファンクションやビジネスユニット、またブランドチームとのアジャイルな働き方(SCRUM)をリードし、CXジャーニー/OCEモデルがデリバリする顧客体験価値の向上とともに、JPBUに根付くケイパビリティとして育てて頂きます。

- 顧客ニーズ、テクノロジートレンドから、CFRの効果・効率を上げるプロダクトを企画・立案し、プロジェクト開始まで持って行く力がある
- 開発プロジェクトのスコープ・予算・スケジュール・課題・リソース等を適切に管理できるプロジェクト管理・推進力がある
- プロダクトのGo Liveがゴールではなく、活用・価値創出状況の分析し、その後の運用・継続開発をリードし、継続的な価値拡大ができる
- プロダクトや社内の状況を踏まえ、アジャイル・ウォーターフォールの適切な開発手法を判断し、実践できる
<学歴>:
- 大学卒以上
<実務経験>:
- CFR業務関連のプロダクト企画・開発経験(製薬・ヘルスケア領域であれば望ましいが、業界は問わない)
- CFR業務関連プロダクトの運用・継続改善経験
- アジャイル開発/SCRUMに関する実務経験
<スキル・資格>:
