About Wonder

Headquartered in Hong Kong, Bindo Labs raised its USD 6MM series A funding round in 2021 led by Hong Kong Telecom (HKT) / Pacific Century Group. Bindo Labs has offices across Mainland China and Asia Pacific, including Shenzhen, Changsha and Singapore.

What You Will Do:

  • Communication and Correspondence:  As a key liaison between CEO, Head Office HK, external stakeholders, you have to handle correspondence through a kind of different channels.
  • Stakeholder Liaison:  You have to coordinate with Head Office HK secretary and internal stakeholder for corporate planning, business development, assist for business execution and business support.
  • Documents, Schedule Management and Meeting Support: You have to prepare all necessary documentation but not limited to agendas, minutes, presentation, reports, proposals and manage confidential files for CEO's scheduled appointments/meetings. You have to follow up the action items, track progress and ensure all participants to meet deadlines.
  • Travel Coordination and Administrative Support: You have to arrange complex travel itineraries and handle CEO's expense claims, basic personal tasks and office duties.
  • Research and Analysis: You have to conduct research and gather data on various topics, market trends, potential business opportunities, and present findings to CEO in professional manner.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Degree or above in business administration, communication or related field with proven experience as executive assistant or similar role experience.
  • 1 - 3 Years of experience as executive secretary at senior executive level with Business level Japanese (JLPT N1) required.
  • Plus: experience in Fintech or e-Payment in Japan Companies.
  • Fluency in both Japanese and English, Mandarin is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, with expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Time management skills with ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
  • Learn quickly and remain open-minded at all times
  • Plus: Ability to directly work with data and payment engineers
  • Plus: Have a "startup" mindset and ability to knock down any obstacles in your path
