ラクスルの4つ目の新規事業が分社化した「ジョーシス」株式会社において、4回目の学生インターンを募集します。現在数名のインターン生が関わってくれています。
■ 内容
「Bizdev」チームへの参加となります。「Bizdev」チームは既存事業のグロースから新規事業の立ち上げまで、経営上重要なIssueにどんどん立ち向かっていくチームです。一般的なインターンのように体験プログラムが用意されているのではなく、戦力の一員として実践的な経験とフィードバックが得られます。
また、インドの開発チームと協業する機会も多く、英語を用いて様々な国籍のメンバーとコミュニケーションを取りながらプロジェクトを進める経験を積むことが可能です。
突出した成果をあげてくださった方には、ジョーシス株式会社からの正社員としての内定/オファーもご用意させていただきます。
■ 求められる役割
ジョーシスのBizdevでは事業・サービスの構想だけでなく、実際に形にし、
「やり切る」
ことが求められます。そのためPoCの実装手段としての、
SQLやGASに多く触れていただく
想定です。
LLMをフル活用した上で、
スピード感を持って構想・設計から実装、改善のサイクルを自律的に回す
ことのできる
戦力
となることを期待しています。

- 職種:Bizdev
- 勤務:週4日(1日5時間以上)
- 時給:個別相談
- 勤務地:、他は在宅勤務を想定 当初2ヶ月を試用期間とし、その後正式な採用(試用期間中も時給) 東京圏への通勤が難しい方は個別対応を検討します
- 教育:週に1日の1on1でのトレーニング
