As a Tech Lead candidate for the Platform team, you will be responsible for the following:

・Formulating development policies in collaboration with the PdM.

・Leading technical strategy and selection.

・Managing the development team and projects.

Specifically, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

・Formulating development policies and roadmaps.

・Leading technical strategy and technology selection.

・Leading the planning, design, and development of the entire system (frontend, backend, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Kubernetes, etc.)) as well as hands-on work.

・Improving product and code quality through code reviews and various tests.

・Managing the development team, including assigning tasks to members.

【 Requirements】

■Required

・3+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure architecture design and system development.

・Experience using Kubernetes.

・Development experience using Go.

・Development experience or understanding of and Python.

・Business level Japanese communication skills (N1 Level)
