■ Key Responsibilities (担っていただきたい役割)

In this position, you will:
Research & Implementation of Cutting-Edge Technology
Conduct literature surveys and implement/validate the latest Generative AI technologies (LLMs, diffusion models, multimodal models, etc.)
Model Development & Optimization
Enhance performance through structural transformation, fine-tuning, and inference optimization of existing models
Bridging Research to Product
Implement research outcomes in forms usable by the product team, enabling real-world business applications
Technical Problem-Solving
Analyze complex AI technical challenges and propose/implement creative solutions
Knowledge Sharing Within Team
Document research findings and technical insights, contributing to overall team technical advancement

■Required Skills and Experience (求められるスキル・経験)
Academic & Foundational Knowledge
Master's or Ph.
D. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields
Deep knowledge/experience in Generative AI domain
Technical Skills

Advanced Python programming:
Practical experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers)

Deep learning fundamentals:
Understanding of neural networks, Transformers, attention mechanisms

Generative AI model implementation experience:
Development/implementation experience with at least one Generative AI model (LLM, diffusion models, GANs, etc.)
Research & Implementation Experience
Design and implementation experience of algorithms based on latest research papers in Computer Vision or Natural Language Processing
Research project experience with independent algorithm development and publication in academic conferences/journals
Experience applying research outcomes to actual products and achieving performance improvements
Problem-Solving Ability
Experience analyzing specific technical challenges in real projects and proposing/implementing concrete solutions
Ability to address complex technical problems with creative approaches

Preferred Skills歓迎スキル
LLM/RAG implementation experience (Vector DB, embeddings, prompt design, evaluation methods)
Image generation model development/application experience (Stable Diffusion, DALL-E, custom diffusion models)
Multimodal model development experience (integrating text, images, audio)
Paper submission/publication experience in Computer Vision, NLP, or related fields
Large-scale model training/inference experience on cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure)
Open-source project contribution experience (GitHub, Hugging Face, etc.)
Data pipeline/MLOps construction experience (model training, evaluation, operation automation)
Multi-language implementation experience (C++, CUDA, Rust, etc. for high-performance scenarios)
AI agent or autonomous reasoning system development experience
