Lead technology selection and architecture decisions for rapidly expanding services and organizations

Build back-end applications with sustainable operational viability in mind

Planning and formulating technology strategies aligned with business strategies and leading the development organization technically

Examples of anticipated tasks (not limited to)

Lead system requirements definition and domain modeling

Architectural design of the entire back-end system

Selection and validation of middleware, frameworks, and other technologies

With the mission of " Unleashing the Potential of the Manufacturing Industry," the company is developing "CADDi Drawer," a data platform product for the manufacturing industry.

Launched in 2022, "CADDi Drawer" enables the utilization of drawing data, which is said to be the most important data in the manufacturing industry, as an information asset by structuring it through various technologies such as machine learning and linking it with various types of information. The system is already being used by customers ranging from major domestic manufacturers to processing companies, and is growing rapidly.

In the future, the company aims to realize overall optimization that transcends divisions and companies by using technology to reproduce and consolidate manufacturing industry knowledge in addition to drawings.

【 Requirements】

【Required】

Experience leading technology selection, requirements definition, architecture design, and infrastructure construction for a development team or multiple projects

Experience leading the resolution of issues related to technology, product, or development process

Experience in back-end development and operation of web applications using statically typed languages

Experience developing in a Docker native infrastructure environment

Fluent business communication skills in Japanese

Ability to complete daily tasks in Japanese, including text communication and meetings

(e.g., JLPT N2 level, 3 years of experience working in a Japanese environment, etc.)

【Preferred】

Experience in design and development of large systems across multiple teams

Experience in development based on domain-driven design

Experience leading development process improvements based on Scrum or Agile development
