GMP準拠の原薬製造工場にて、品質試験の実務から指導・査察対応まで幅広く携わっていただきます。

大鵬薬品工業株式会社は、がん治療に貢献できる薬剤開発にチャレンジする一方、

免疫関連疾患領域においてもユニークで新規性のある医薬品開発に精力的に取り組んでいます。

埼玉工場は医療用医薬品の有効成分(原薬;化学合成品)を化学合成の技術により製造する原薬工場です。

埼玉工場はGMP基準を順守し、厳しい品質管理基準を設け、主力医療用医薬品用原薬を日々製造し製剤工場に供給しており、

日本国内の当局(PMDA)、米国及び欧州当局の査察を受け適合の評価を得るなど、国際的な水準を満たしています。

今回、原薬の品質管理(GMP分析試験業務)を牽引出来る品質管理副責任者候補を募集致します。

入社後は試験業務全般に携わって頂いた後、下記の品質管理副責任者業務を実施して頂く予定です。

・下記の品質試験全般の指導及び照査:原材料の受入試験、工程試験、製品試験、微生物限度試験、製薬用水及び環境試験、出荷試験、安定性試験

・品質管理業務全般の異常逸脱対応:試験異常,OOS/OOT及び機器異常等

・各種バリデーション、変更提案の実施及び指導

・各種管理業務の実施:

試験・バリデーション・変更管理等のスケジュール調整及び進捗管理

・国内及び海外の査察対応

資格


・医薬品(原薬または製剤)の試験責任者以上の役割として、3年以上の経験

・国内査察対応の経験

・理化学試験(HPLC・GC・UV・IR)あるいは微生物試験(微生物限度・製薬用水・浮遊菌)の専門知識

・3局薬局法及び主要なICH品質関連ガイドラインの知識

【歓迎(WANT)】

・LIMSマスタの作成あるいは改訂の経験

・海外査察対応の経験

・英語力(海外対応の業務有り)

・理化学試験(NMR・XRD・IC・粒度分布)の専門知識

総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり160時間

8:30~17:30

休日

  • 週休二日制 日曜 祝日 会社指定休日(土曜) 年末年始(12/29~1/3)
  • その年の暦により異なる。
  • 実績: 2020年(125日)、2021年(122日)、2022年(123日)、2023年(120日)、2024年(122日)

  • 有給休暇 初年度付与日数 4日~20日 (半日・時間単位での取得可)

月給 40万円~55万円

(一律手当を含む)

交通費:通勤交通費全額支給

月給40万円~55万円/月程度、賞与あり

想定年収:800~1100万円程度
