【Job Purpose】
当社の品質管理部門で、グローバルな品質基準を維持・改善しながら、サプライヤーとの連携を強化する重要なポジションです。具体的には以下の業務を担当していただきます。

【Key Accountabilities】

• サプライヤー起因の不具合対応 現品確認、選別サポート、対策書レビュー、現場訪問による実施状況確認
• 変更管理の推進 案件の進捗管理、フォローアップ、変更後の品質確認
• 品質改善活動 不具合再発防止・未然防止策の推進、CP&PFMEA改訂サポート
• マネジメントシステム運用 内部監査・外部審査対応、指摘事項の取りまとめ、文書改訂
• サプライヤー品質保証 新規品・変更点管理、受入検査、体制監査、情報共有
• 品質システムの維持・改善 TMS(QMS・EMS)体系整備、ISO教育、IATF16949準拠の改善活動

【Key Qualifications & Requirements】

• Automobile Industrial Quality Control Experience 自動車業界での品質管理経験
• CAPA / SCAR Management 是正・予防措置、サプライヤー不適合対応の管理経験
• Quality Control Process FMEA、Control Plan、PPAP、MSAに関する知識・実務経験
• New Product Releases APQP、MRR(Manufacturing Readiness Review)対応経験
• Problem Solving 複雑な品質課題に対する分析・解決スキル
• コミュニケーション能力 お客様と品質に関する専門的な会話が可能な日本語力 ビジネスレベルの英語力(海外メンバーとの会議などで使用)
