Flight Business Operation Specialist/Manager
フライトビジネスオペレーション スペシャリスト/マネージャー
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day airline post sales service operations, handle operational issues, and collaborate with global airline teams to achieve sales targets while monitoring market trends and regulatory changes affecting international business.
- Maintain strong relationships with airline partners, ensure high-quality customer service, and facilitate effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support business planning and operational improvements by collecting and analyzing relevant data, and providing actionable recommendations.
職務内容:
- 航空会社のポストセールス(日常運用)業務を管理し、各種オペレーション課題に対応する。また、グローバルの航空会社チームと連携して販売目標の達成を図り、市場動向や国際ビジネスに影響を与える規制変更をモニタリングする。
- 航空会社パートナーとの良好な関係を維持し、高品質なカスタマーサービスを確保するとともに、社内外のステークホルダーと効果的なコミュニケーション・協業を促進する。
- 関連データの収集・分析を通じて、事業計画および業務改善を支援し、実行可能な提言を行う。
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Operations Management, Aviation, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in the airline/travel industry, with a focus on ticketing services or operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively in cross-functional and international settings.
- Proficient in English, Japanese and Chinese
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.

- 航空/旅行業界での3〜5年の経験(特にチケッティングサービスまたはオペレーションに関連する業務経験)。
- 高いコミュニケーション能力および対人スキルを有し、部門横断的・国際的な環境で効果的に業務を進められる方。
- 日本語・中国語・英語がビジネスレベル以上。
- 前向きな姿勢があり、学習意欲が高く、変化の早い環境に柔軟に適応できる方。
