SharePoint Online/Server の展開、構成、運用を行い、最適なパフォーマンスを確保する。

文書管理、ワークフロー自動化、コラボレーションソリューション(例:Teams 連携)の設計および実装。

カスタムソリューション(Power Apps/Power Automate/SPFx)の開発、またはレガシーシステムの移行。

ユーザー権限、セキュリティポリシー、コンプライアンス要件(例:データ分類、監査ログ)の管理。

トラブルシューティングおよびエンドユーザー向けのトレーニング/サポートを提供。

IT チームと連携し、SharePoint を他システム(例:Azure AD、SQL)と統合。 移行期間中および移行後の SA ICT スタッフへのサポート。

OneDrive for Business の導入支援。

資格要件:

必須資格:

SharePoint の導入/管理における 7 年以上の経験(移行プロジェクト経験があれば尚可)。

エンタープライズセキュリティモデルおよびコンプライアンス基準の理解。

SharePoint Online または SharePoint Server(2013/2016/2019/SE)に精通していること。 Power Platform(Power Apps/Power Automate)、SPFx、または C#/.NET の経験。

Microsoft 365 エコシステム(OneDrive、Teams、Azure AD)の知識。

歓迎資格:

マイクロソフト認定資格(例:Microsoft 365 Certified: SharePoint Administrator)。

ハイブリッド展開またはクロスプラットフォーム統合の経験。

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Deploy, configure, and maintain **SharePoint Online/Server**, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Design and implement document management, workflow automation, and collaboration solutions (e.g., Teams integration).
  • Develop custom solutions (Power Apps/Power Automate/SPFx) or migrate legacy systems.
  • Manage user permissions, security policies, and compliance requirements (e.g., data classification, audit logs).
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide end-user training/support.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to integrate SharePoint with other systems (e.g., Azure AD, SQL).
  • Support SA ICT staff throughout and post-migration.
  • Assist with the adoption of OneDrive for Business

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have 7+ years in SharePoint implementation/administration; migration project experience is a plus.
  • Understanding of enterprise security models and compliance standards.
  • Proficiency in **SharePoint Online** or **SharePoint Server** (2013/2016/2019/SE).
  • Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps/Automate), SPFx, or C#/.NET.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (OneDrive, Teams, Azure AD).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Microsoft Certification (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: SharePoint Administrator).
  • Hybrid deployment or cross-platform integration experience.
