【仕事内容】

アニメ・ゲーム・漫画などの

IPを活用したコラボカフェ事業において、

飲料商品及びグッズ制作(OEM)の

生産管理を担当いただきます

複数の企画が同時進行する環境の中で、

各種商材の見積取得、発注、

スケジュール管理、在庫調整などを

管理しながら、

企画後滞りなく実現するよう、

全体をコントロールするお仕事です

  • 購買生産管理

・飲料商品及びグッズ(OEM)の商材取りまとめ

・取引先への見積依頼、価格・仕様の確認

・発注業務、納期管理、サンプル確認

・数量計画に基づく在庫調整・追加手配

・品質、仕様変更への対応

・販売実績(出数)の集計・在庫管理

・各種規約書・資料の管理及び提出物の整備

  • 進行管理

・案件ごとのスケジュール進行管理

・関係部署(デザイン・店舗・営業)との調整業務

・必要備品の手配、資料フォルダの整備

購買業務の経験がある方

(営業事務/制作進行/バックオフィス経験も)

Google WorkspaceまたはExcelを用いた基本的なデータ管理スキル

10:00~19:00

※コアタイム10:00~15:00

※現場と連動するため、19時以降の勤務日もあり

給与


月給 300,000円 ~ 400,000円 (※想定年収 3,600,000円 ~ 4,800,000円)

※見込み残業代45時間分(78,900円~)を含む

※経験・スキル考慮し、給与を決定いたします

※試用期間3ヵ月・条件変動なし

※超過分は別途全額支給致します
