コミック営業
- 業務内容
- 自社のオリジナルコミックのプロモーション・営業全般に携わっていただきます。
・自社作品のプロモーション施策立案
・電子書籍ストア、電子取次会社とのリレーション構築、交渉
・取引先書店担当者への作品紹介、キャンペーン等のプロモーション提案・実施
・売上分析、市場分析、レポート作成
・紙単行本化に伴う進行管理業務
- 応募資格
- 【必要なスキル】
・出版・印刷業界での就業経験
・営業経験2年以上
・Excelを使ったデータ集計経験

・販路開拓などの営業経験
・エンタメ全般に深い洞察と弊社のゲームタイトルに強い興味、愛着がある方

【勤務時間】
原則10:00-19:00(実働8時間)
フレックスタイム制度 コアタイム11:00-16:00
休憩時間 13:00-14:00
【給与】
月給27万~55万円程度(能力・実績・職歴を考慮の上、応相談)
※30時間/月 みなし時間外相当分含む
想定年収/400万~800万(年間賞与3カ月として計算)
【待遇・福利厚生】
給与改定年1回(4月)、賞与年2回(6月・12月)、健康診断、各種社会保険完備、交通費支給(月額上限35,000円迄)、私服勤務可、産前産後休暇、育児介護休業・短時間勤務制度、各種研修、従業員持株会、サークル活動(バスケットボール、フットサル、ポケモンカード、他)
※テレワーク手当(2,500円/月)
テレワーク手当支給額はテレワーク実施状況により変動することがあります。
尚、出社した際の交通費は実費精算となります。
【休日・休暇】
完全週休2日制(土日)、祝日
夏季、年末年始休暇、年次有給休暇(初年度10日)、慶弔休暇等、クォーター休暇(年4日)、勤続5年ごとにリフレッシュ休暇あり、年間休日125日
【受動喫煙防止措置】
・屋内禁煙
・ビル内に別途喫煙所あり(恵比寿ガーデンプレイスタワー1階屋外
または同地下1階屋内設置の喫煙所)
