仕事内容:

国の補助金事業を支える事務局にて、組織間の連携をスムーズにする「ハブ(調整)担当」をお任せします。

具体的には、補助金執行を担う「公的エネルギー関連団体」と、その運営を強力にバックアップする「国内最大手ソリューション企業」の間に立ち、プロジェクトを円滑に進行させる役割です。

【主な業務内容】

  • 組織間の調整・情報共有: 両組織の担当者と密に連絡を取り合い、進捗管理や課題の共有を行います。
  • 事務局運営のサポート: 30~40代の管理職層と連携し、意思決定のサポートや現場への落とし込みを行います。
  • オンライン説明会の実施: 制度利用者へ向けたオンラインセミナーの講師や、進行管理を担当します。
  • ITツールを活用した管理: クラウドツール(kintone等)を使用し、データの集計や進捗状況の可視化を行います。

このポジションの役割:単なる事務作業ではなく、プロフェッショナル同士の間に立ち、物事を動かしていく「コンサルタント」に近い動きが求められます。
