役職について
本役職では主に
プロジェクトマネジメントと顧客ニーズ分析
を担当し、プロジェクトが期限内に品質基準を満たして交付されることを保証します。
主な職責
- 顧客の業務ニーズを把握し、仕様分析、提案、見積もり作成及び開発計画の策定を実施する。
- 業務内容と範囲を明確化し、リソースの調整を行う。
- プロジェクトの全体的な進捗、コスト、**QCD(品質・コスト・納期)** を管理し、品質確保とリスク回避を図る。
- オフショア開発の成果物を評価し、提出業務を担当する。
- 顧客との間で、プロジェクトの仕様、進捗、技術課題などに関する協議と調整を行う。
応募資格
必須要件(MUST)
- 日本語能力試験 N1 レベルを保有し、
業務レベルでの円滑なコミュニケーションが可能な方を優遇
。 - 上流工程での 2 年以上の実務経験。
- プロジェクトマネジメントとしての 3 年以上の実務経験。
- 【オープン系言語】Java/Python/C#/Go などの言語による
3 年以上の開発経験
。 - AWS/GCP/Azure 等のクラウドサービスを活用した開発経験。
- Oracle/SQLServer/MySQL 等のデータベースの使用経験。
優遇要件(WANT)
- 通信・保険・医療分野に関する業務経験。
- オンプレミス環境からクラウド環境への移行実務経験。
- TypeScript 及び Angular/ReactJS/Flutter 等の主流フロントエンドフレームワークの実務レベルな習熟度。
- Shell・PowerShell・Ruby・Python 等のスクリプト言語の精通者。
- マイクロサービスシステムの開発経験。
- DevOps エンジニアとしての実務経験。
- Jenkins・GitLab CI 等を活用した CI/CD 環境の構築・運用経験。
