基本要求:

  • 拥有设计专业的学士学位,或具备同等水平的实践经验。
  • 8 年相关工作经验,需全程参与设计流程并与设计师、工程师、内容策略专家及产品经理团队协作;能够制作用户体验流程图和线框图;以及构建界面模型和原型。
  • 有 8 年跨多个平台进行设计的经验。
  • 拥有一系列设计作品,这些作品来自多个项目,并且您在其中做出了直接贡献。
  • 能够用英语、中文或日语流利沟通,因为此职位需要用这些语言与当地利益相关方互动交流。

优先条件:

  • 拥有设计、计算机科学、人机互动或相关专业的硕士学位。
  • 熟悉技术制约和限制。
  • 能够在以用户为中心的设计过程中,从零开始主导设计和构思产品,并改进产品功能。
  • 具备出色的问题解决能力和沟通能力,能够对产品设计策略施加积极影响。

职位简介
作为 Google Cloud 专业服务团队的用户体验设计师,您要在 Google 客户的整个应用设计过程中,与其通力合作。具体过程涵盖从制作用户体验流程图和线框图到构建界面模型和原型的各个环节。您要设想用户会如何体验我们客户的产品,然后汲取灵感、优化提炼,乃至进行天马行空的创想,最终将这些设想变为现实。

工作职责

  • 与客户、产品经理、工程师和跨职能利益相关方密切协作以便了解具体要求,提供富有创造性且考虑周全的解决方案。
  • 在设计过程的各个阶段,使用线框图、流程图、分镜脚本、模型或高保真原型来传达用户体验。
  • 从多次客户互动中总结最佳经验和最佳实践,推动方法论的发展。
  • 倡导优先落实以设计为核心的变更、优化和改进。
