The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team drives revenue growth for TikTok, comprising Sales, Marketing, Ops, Account Managers, Agency and partnerships, and Marketing Science. We seek HRBPs to attract, engage, and retain top talent, supporting the dynamic, entrepreneurial, and ambitious GBS client group. Our team plays a key role in promoting advertising solutions, onboarding clients, and driving ad campaigns, leading groundbreaking projects that change the advertising industry landscape. Responsibilities include leading Entertainment client portfolios, collaborating with Client Solution Managers, and achieving revenue targets. Key qualifications include fluency in business English, a deep understanding of digital marketing, and experience in coaching, mentoring, and training peers and team members. Preferred qualifications include mentoring team members and ensuring their long-term career success at TikTok.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead Entertainment client portfolios to achieve revenue targets

  • Collaborate with Client Solution Managers and internal teams

  • Conduct business reviews and execute within JBP deal structures

  • C-Level engagement and internal cross-functional collaboration


Minimum Qualifications:


  • Fluency in business English for cross-functional meetings

  • Deep understanding of digital marketing and strategic approach to advertisers and agencies

  • Proven experience in coaching, mentoring, and training peers and team members

  • Team-worker with collaboration skills

  • Proven experience managing large advertisements and campaign budgets


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Mentor and coach team members for smooth sales activities

  • Responsible for team members' long-term career success at TikTok
