  • 広告、コンサルティング営業、ビジネス開発、マーケティング、デジタル業界、IT のいずれかにおける 11 年以上(修士号または博士号をお持ちの場合は 8 年以上)の実務経験。

望ましい経験/スキル:

  • メディア、マーケティング、ブランド管理、広告セールスのいずれかの分野に携わった 10 年以上の経験。
  • 顧客(または代理店)およびサービス パートナーの経営幹部レベルとの関係構築・管理に携わった 8 年以上の経験。
  • 広告業界またはプロダクト分野での 6 年以上の実務経験。
  • 関連する職務における 3 年以上の管理職経験。
  • 複雑なマトリックス組織での 2 年以上の実務経験。
  • 営業経験、および、さまざまな業界の経営幹部レベルのお客様との関係構築・維持に携わった経験。

Google の第一広告営業本部(LCS)チームは、世界をリードするブランドや代理店の戦略的パートナーであり、業界のソートリーダーでもあります。私たちは、お客様のビジネスのあり方について、また、Google がその成長をいかに支援できるかについて常に問いかけ、検索、YouTube、測定など、広範で競争力のある広告ソリューションをフルパッケージで販売することで、ビジネスが業界の大きな変化を乗り越え圧倒的なパフォーマンスを実現できるようサポートしていきます。LCS チームの一員として、テクノロジーの最前線でセールスをリードし、経営幹部との連携を通して市場形成戦略を策定するとともに、大手グローバル企業を支え、Google の成長を牽引するための具体的な成果を創出していただきます。

業務内容

  • アカウント エグゼクティブ チームを管理しながら、チームの優先事項を設定して周知し、Google の価値観に沿った意思決定とサポート活動を行う。経営幹部レベルのお客様やパートナーのシニアレベルのステークホルダーとの関係を構築して管理する。お客様やステークホルダーのビジネス課題、マーケティング目標、成功指標を包括的に理解する。
  • Google とお客様との間の明確かつ長期間にわたる共同戦略を構築する。Google 社内の部門横断型チームを主導し、プロジェクトに共同で取り組むことで、お客様を成功に導く。
  • お客様の成長目標に向けて計画を策定し、その目標を達成する。そのために、お客様のマーケティング目標の達成に役立つ Google の広告サービス / ソリューションを提示する。
  • Google 広告サービスの仕組みと、それを幅広いマーケティング目標の達成に役立てるための使用方法についての深い知識を習得する。
