大規模なコンファレンスやイベントを自身のアイデアで創出し、産業界の主要関係者と協働しながら注目度の高いイベントに成長させる重要な役割です。
■ 主な業務内容
展示会およびイベントの企画・プログラム構成、セミナー・講演の運営
テーマ設定から講師、産業団体、メディアとのネットワーキングを通じたコンテンツ制作
参加者獲得のためのウェブ広告運用、過去参加データの活用
当日の現場運営(セミナー進行管理、講師対応など)
コンファレンス・イベントプログラムの設計・構築
講師の選定・交渉・確定後のフォロー
外部協力会社との連携・指揮

担当展示会:年4~6回(繁忙期は補助展示会担当を含む場合あり)
■ 必須条件
大卒以上
営業経験またはコンファレンス運営経験(第2新卒応募可)
PC操作スキル(Excel、Word、PDF、PowerPointの一般レベル)
使用ツール:Excel、Word、PDF、PowerPoint、社内ウェブサイト

企画をゼロから立ち上げた経験
ライブイベント・現場運営での臨機応変な対応力
イベント/コンファレンス運営経験
英語でのビジネス対応可能者

勤務地
・ 東京都中央区八重洲2-2-1 東京ミッドタウン八重洲 八重洲セントラルタワー11階 ※東京駅直結 ※転勤なし
勤務時間
・9:00~17:00(休憩60分) ※始業時間を7時~10時の範囲で繰り上げまたは繰り下げて、時差通勤をすることができます。 ※残業は原則最大21時まで ※出社とリモートのハイブリット勤務形態。 ※小学生前までのお子さんがいる場合、承認制で週1以上での出社と在宅勤務のハイブリッドが可能です。
休日
完全週休2日制(土・日曜日)、祝日、年末年始(7日)、年間休日120日以上、年次有給休暇(入社直後付与)、特別休暇、育児休暇、フェムケア休暇
