Technical Account Manager
This position requires a seasoned professional to provide guidance and support to customers throughout the implementation life cycle of Oracle's products, ensuring successful and effective use.
About the Role
- Act as primary liaison between Oracle, customer, and system integrator for implementation
- Provide business process, application functionality, technology, and implementation expertise
- Deliver combination of business specifications analysis, technical consulting, and project management skills
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Demonstrated success at Oracle with 3 years experience
- At least 2 years experience as Technical Account Manager, including involvement in 5 successful customer deployments
- 7-10 years of professional Information Systems implementation experience
- Packaged systems implementation experience (CRM, ERP, Consulting)
- Understanding of various technical architectures and operating systems
- Project Management certification or extensive experience
Salary
$150,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience
