We are seeking a skilled Technology Leader to join our global team at Siemens Gamesa.
This is a critical role that requires imagination and innovation to create sustainable energy solutions for future generations.
About the Role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising Installation/Commissioning activities, leading a team of professionals and technicians, and ensuring adherence to processes and procedures.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the Technical Escalation process by tracking and escalating unscheduled incidents at wind farms (troubleshooting)
- Identify wind turbines or platforms with consistent faults based on client information
- Assign tasks to technical personnel using WindOne and Remote control systems
- Interact with customers and stakeholders as necessary
- Lead strategic initiatives to improve servicing of wind farms
- Support Aftermarket Sales and undertake special activities remotely or in-person
- Project manage small to medium projects related to fleet improvements and integrity
- Be a Subject Matter Expert on Case Management in Service, including monitoring and management of cases in Salesforce and Advice-to-Site systems
- Train project roles in the Case Management Process and utilization of respective systems
- Contribute to improving project Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality Management
- Responsible for daily Wind Turbine Down reports and Focal Point for area at Wind Turbine Down meetings
- Provide Technical Assistance to the Maintenance Team
Requirements

- Experience in leading teams and managing processes
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of wind farm operations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth and development.
