本ポジションは同社グループで展開する学習塾向けの学習教材、ICT教材を販売する職種です。

学習塾の経営課題に寄り添って課題解決策としての提案を行っていくコンサルティング営業です。

3.わくわく文庫

・新規リードを獲得するマーケティング業務

・展示会の出店、新規リード獲得

勤務地住所:東京都新宿区西新宿2-4-1 新宿NSビル9階10階

アクセス:都営大江戸線「都庁前駅」より徒歩5分/各線「新宿駅」より徒歩10分

現在、東京本社・大阪・福岡に拠点がありますが、勤務地変更の可能性は当面ありません。

発生する場合は事前に相談のうえ決定していきます。

  • 転勤あり
  • リモートワークあり(出社あり、週1〜2日リモートOK)

※入社後3ヶ月程度は、基本的に出社勤務をしていただきます。難しい場合はご相談ください。

  • 受動喫煙防止策あり 屋内に喫煙可能室設置

【勤務時間】フルフレックスタイム制(1日の標準労働時間8時間・休憩1時間)

時間外労働の有無:あり/月平均20時間〜30時間

※8〜10時ごろに勤務をスタートさせる社員が多いです。

※時短勤務も可能です。

【給与】

500万円〜1000万円

月給制 基本給227144円〜

上記基本給に加え固定残業代(月45時間分として79856円以上)支給。固定残業時間を超える時間外労働分についての割増賃金は別途追加支給。

出張手当 2,000円/日(交通費・宿泊費は別途支給)

子ども教育手当 (中学卒業の年齢まで)

書籍購入補助 上限3,000円/月

その他変動手当

学習と社内共有に対する手当 10,000円/月(対象者のみ)

コミュニケーション手当 上限7,000円/月(対象者のみ)

  • 通勤手当

支給あり(会社規定に準ずる)実費支給

  • 賞与あり 年2回(7月・12月)

※業績連動賞与(過去平均実績:約4ヶ月)

※初年度の賞与の支給の有無は入社月によって異なります。
