2013年、「世界の食をもっと楽しく」をミッションに創業し、ビジョンである"生鮮流通に新しい循環を"創り出し、生鮮流通のDXを推進するプラットフォーム事業を推進しています。現在は、飲食店向けの卸売EC「魚ポチ」や、鮮魚専門店「sakana bacca」、フード業界に特化した人材紹介サービス「フード人材バンク」を展開しており、生鮮流通のDXを推進する、プラットフォーム企業として社会に貢献します。
【募集背景】
事業の急成長に伴い、サプライチェーンの複雑化と重要性が増しています。そこで、ロジスティクスや配送など複数の現場チームを統括し、各部門責任者と連携しながら、サプライチェーン全体を戦略的にマネジメントする新たなポジションを設置します。
【職務概要】
当社の生鮮品卸売EC事業「魚ポチ」におけるサプライチェーン全体の戦略立案と統括責任を担うポジションです。各部門責任者(ロジスティクスチーム、配送チームなど)と連携し、サプライチェーン全体のパフォーマンスを最大化することで、事業の成長に貢献いただきます。あらゆるリスクとトラブルに対し、最終的な意思決定者としての対応をお任せします。

サービスビジョン:「料理人の仕入時間を減らし、欲しい食材を、安心して、どこにいても、すぐに手に入れられる世界」
全国50以上の産地から8,000種類以上の生鮮品・冷凍品を調達しており、スマートフォンさえあれば1尾から発注できる飲食店向けECサービス。 2025年5月時点で全国4万店舗の飲食店が登録しています。

【主な職務内容】
・マネジメント: ロジスティクス、配送など各部門の責任者と協働し、チームのパフォーマンスを最大化する
・戦略立案と実行: 事業目標に沿ったサプライチェーン戦略を策定し、実行を指揮する
・交渉と調整: サプライヤー、運送会社、社内関連部署との間で、事業全体の利益を最大化するための調整を行う
・リスク・トラブル対応: サプライチェーンに関するあらゆるリスクを管理し、問題発生時には最終責任者として対応を主導する

- フーディソン⼤⽥(100%子会社 大田市場仲卸)
業務内容によって下記のいずれかでの勤務となります。
1)大田市場:東京都⼤⽥区東海3-2-8⼤⽥市場⽔産棟
2)プロロジスパーク東京大田:東京都大田区東海1-3-6プロロジスパーク東京大田S棟1階
※本社へ所属しながら上記の業務内容を出向先で行います。

年俸制・12分割
固定残業代(月45時間分)を含む。超過分は別途支給します。

月給:375,000円~460,000円(基本給:278,641円~341,800円 定額時間外手当:96,359円~118,200円)

必須スキル
・複数の部門やチームを横断的にマネジメントした経験をお持ちの方
・優れたリーダーシップ、コミュニケーション能力、交渉力を有し、多様なステークホルダーと円滑な関係を築ける方
・困難な状況でも冷静に判断し、責任を持って意思決定できる方
歓迎スキル
・サプライチェーン関連業務における管理職またはそれに準ずる経験をお持ちの方
