仕事内容:
「いきなり結果を求められる営業はムリ。でも、そろそろ正社員として安定したい。」
そんな方にちょうどいい、自動車メーカー向けの法人営業 です。
扱うのは"テスト・検証"という、自動車づくりに欠かせない領域。
と言っても、難しい知識は入社後にゆっくり覚えれば大丈夫。
当社では "最初の2年は育成期間" として、専門知識を少しずつインプットするスタイルです。
営業の経験は不問ですが、
接客・販売・受付など "お客様と会話する仕事" の経験があれば大きな強み になります。
▼どんな仕事?
自動車メーカーの各プロジェクトに対して、
「どんなテストが必要か?」をお客様と一緒に整理し、最適なプランを提案する仕事です。
・電動パーツの環境試験(温度/振動など)
・レーダー・カメラといった安全装置のテスト
・PCを使ったシミュレーション など
メーカー側の担当者と打ち合わせを重ねながら、開発を支える役割を担います。

担当するのは、長く取引している自動車メーカーや関連部署。
新規開拓よりも、"関係を維持・強化する"タイプの営業 が中心です。
ガツガツ数字を追われたい人より、丁寧に向き合いたい人に向いています。
▼未経験でも"育てる前提"
専門用語・業界知識は入社後で十分。
先輩との同行、現場見学、研修などを通じて、落ち着いたペースで学べる環境です。

・営業未経験でも、話を聞いたり相談にのる仕事が好きな方
・コツコツ学べる方、変化に柔軟に対応できる方
・車の知識ゼロでもOK興味をもって学べる方
勤務時間・曜日:
8:30~17:30(実働8時間)

固定残業代あり:月給¥320,000以上は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥60,760(30時間相当分)を含む。30時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
