【仕事内容】

【業務内容】

企業の生成AI活用を支援するAI ×PaaSサービス「Stockmark A Technology(SAT)」におけるコンサルタント/マネージャー業務をお任せします。

■プロジェクト例

・生成AIを用いたマニュアルや規約の解析、構造化プロジェクトの推進

・生成AIを用いた新規事業企画や用途探索の効率化・高度化

・AI×SaaSを用いた組織的な企画プロセスの高度化支援

また中期的には既存の枠組を超えた、新たなビジネスモデルの創出なども期待しています。

【具体的な業務内容】

■生成AIを用いた事業開発やコンサルティング、PoCのプロジェクト責任者として複数のプロジェクトを統括する

・企業の生成AIやAIサービスにおける活用課題の分析、仮説構築

・生成AIソリューションの企画・グランドデザイン

・生成AIプロジェクトのデリバリー(要件定義~設計・開発~テスト・導入~定着化)

■チームマネジメント

・シニアコンサルタントやパートナー候補の採用、

・コンサルティング手法やアセット開発の全社横断推進

【求める人材】

<求めるスキル、経験【必須】>

※すべて必須

・コンサルファームでのシステム構想策定~導入コンサルティング、プロジェクトマネジメント経験5年以上

・戦略策定、構想策定案件におけるチームリード以上の経験

・ITソリューションの企画、グランドデザイン経験

・複数プロジェクトのリード経験

・コンサルタントの採用/育成に携わった経験

<求めるマインド【必須】>

・生成AIに興味・関心がある方

・コンサルファームでの経験から自社プロダクト+コンサルティングで新たなキャリアを作りたいと考えている方

・主体的にお客様の課題を設定し、解決までを伴走できる方
