【仕事内容】

dip innovation ITのプロジェクトマネージャーは主に、組織横断、全社横断のDX化プロジェクトを推進しており、全社の業務とシステム、事業遂行プロセスを効率化する役割を担います。

例えば、販売管理システムのリプレイスプロジェクトや人事システムのリプレイスプロジェクト、社内システムの再構築や業務効率化ツールの企画など、担当するプロジェクトは多岐にわたります。

開発部門、管理部門、事業パートナーまで多数のステークホルダーと協力しながら、思いと力を一つにして成果に結びつける案件ばかりです。リリースするまでが仕事ではなく、プロジェクトの成果としての持続的な成長と企業価値向上に貢献し、さらに社会を改善していくという難易度が高い分、やりがいと達成感、貢献感がある仕事です。

仕事内容

<プロジェクト立案>

・ 依頼元からの要望・課題感を正しくとらえ、投資対効果を考慮したプロジェクトスコープやプロジェクトゴールを策定

・ もしくは、自ら発掘した課題をもとに、新規プロジェクトを自身で立案・企画し推進する

<プロジェクト推進>

・ プロジェクトのスケジュール、品質、リソースを明確にし、プロジェクトオーナーに合意を取る

・ プロジェクト体制の組成

・ プロジェクトの遂行

・ プロジェクトの効果測定

・ 経営課題/事業課題の解決

・ 新たな事業の拡大/推進

〇手法・プロセス

社内の開発部門や協力会社と連携して開発を行います。

参画プロジェクト・プロダクト・サービスはVモデル/Wモデル/スクラム(標準)/その他アジャイル的手法などプロジェクト・プロダクト・サービスの特性を踏まえて判断しています。

〇技術

チームの業務上はGoogleAnalytics、Looker、GCP/BigQuery、Google Data PortalおよびGoogleWorkspace諸製品、Slack、Box、Zoomを用います。

〇評価体制

本部内の評価プール単位での相対的資格評価と業績評価により評価が決定します。

かつ四半期単位、通期単位で業績・組織貢献を称える表彰制度があります。

【求める人材】

必須要件

※以下すべてのご経験をお持ちの方

・ 事業会社における業務システムのPM(プロジェクトマネジャー)もしくはPdM(プロダクトマネジャー)のご経験

・ ビジネス側の要件を最大限実現するために、エンジニアと交渉/調整ができる技術的な知識

・ 依頼元の要望を、背景から把握して正しく理解できる事業経験やビジネス運営に関する知識

・ プロジェクトスコープやプロジェクトゴールの策定などプロジェクトの超上流工程に対するご経験

歓迎/尚可

・ AIやDXを活用したプロジェクトに関与し、実施または管理の経験

・ ルール/方針/設計において、ガバナンス、セキュリティ、機能/実効性を総合的に判断した意思決定や施策立案を行ったご経験

・ 組織マネジメントの経験。特に人材育成、人材アセスメント等のスキルがある方歓迎

【給与】

入社時想定年収 650 万円〜900 万円

想定年収 6,500,000円 -9,000,000円

月給\450,335~(基本給\450,335~)

※あくまでも目安であり、選考を通じて上下する可能性があります
