Bruker offers high-value life science and diagnostics systems and solutions in preclinical imaging, clinical phenomics research, proteomics, and spatial biology.

You will coordinate regional marketing & communications activities in Japan (80%) and Korea (20%). This includes event coordination and support for local market communications. The position is based in Yokohama Bruker Japan office. You will work in an international team.

Event coordination (50%):

  • Coordinate conferences and tradeshow logistics, including space booking, utilities, catering, and shipping of show materials.

  • Ensure maximal brand visibility at events while staying within the defined budget.

  • Report on lead generation at events and manage upload to SF.com.

  • Organize the BBIO Users Meeting and Bruker customer engagement activities in Japan and Korea.

  • Coordinate and integrate marketing activities with other Bruker divisions at joint events.

  • Participate in show events to manage on-site activities.

  • Support distributor marketing by working with distributors to help them succeed.



Online digital activities management (25%):

  • Consolidate leads from online resources and upload to SF.com.

  • Coordinate webinars and other online activities.

  • Search and recommend advertisement opportunities to promote the company and products.

  • Manage social media editing and content on Facebook Japan and Kakao Talk in South Korea.

  • Run Google, Yahoo, and Naver SEA and SEO campaigns.

  • Coordinate localized email campaigns and regular enewsletter distribution.

  • Leverage distributor online platforms to advertise Bruker products and solutions.



Web & Digital content coordination (15%):

  • Audit and apply fixes to /ja and selected pages for Korean language.

  • Update /ja with events, product pages, and news.

  • Optimize SEO/SEA program on /ja.

  • Localize promotion materials, including brochures, flyers, and posters.

  • Collect and communicate feedback on localized promotion materials.

  • Ensure promotional contents adhere to brand guidelines and are culturally appropriate.



Internal Procedures coordination (10%):

  • Coordinate collateral translations, print, and distribution.

  • Ensure successful collaboration with the logistics team.

  • Support global communications team.

  • Monitor and control budgets in Japan and South Korea.



To be successful in this position, you will possess:

  • Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree a plus.

  • Fluent in English & Japanese; Korean would be a plus.

  • Three to five years' experience in Marketing & Communications or similar role required.

  • Ability to manage different projects and tasks simultaneously with attention to details.

  • Excellent planning, prioritizing, and organizing skills with ability to meet deadlines.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work cross-functionally in an international team and environment.

  • Genuine interest in technology and research.

  • Team worker with ability to communicate with local and global teams.
