中期経営計画・短期経営計画の策定方針、全社目標数値(業績/KPI)の設定、外部環境分析(市場動向、競合分析、技術トレンド)、内部環境分析(事業ポートフォリオ評価(収益性・成長性)
各事業部門の課題・強み)、社長・役員とのディスカッション、各レイヤー(全社、事業単位、部門単位)ごとの事業計画の審議の事務局、策定後の進捗管理(実行施策・KPI他)、公開資料の作成

当社の中期経営戦略における最重要施策であるM&Aに関する各種業務
[ソーシング・初期検討フェーズ] 外部事業者とのネットワーキングによる案件数の増加、買収による価値創出シナリオの検討、トップマネジメントへの説明資料の作成・説明、ストラクチ(その他詳細は面談にてお伝えします)(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)
【求める人材】
【必須要件】
・ 社会人としての実務経験5年以上
・ 経営企画業務またはM&A関連業務における3年以上の経験
・ Excel、PowerPoint、Wordの実務レベルのスキル (Excel:関数(vlookup/xlookup、sumif等)、ピボットテーブル、CAGR等算出ができる、Powerpoint:意思決定会議資料または顧客提示資料の作成経験等)
・ BS/PLの分析ができること
・ ファイナンスの基礎知識(DCF,NPV,WACC)があること
・ エンタープライズIT(システムインテグレーション・ソフトウェア業界)への強い関心があること
【歓迎要件】
・ 経営企画業務またはM&A関連業務における十分な業務経験や知見
・ プロジェクトの計画立案から実行・完了までを主導した経験、または組織運営に関わる管理職経験
・ 簿記有資格者(日商簿記二級以上)または企業価値算定のモデルが作れること
・ 会社法への理解または各種契約書ドラフト・レビュー等の経験
・ 上場企業(または準じる規模の企業)における重要会議事務局の経験
