Department Overview


We in the Mobile/RTS Human Resources Department support Rakuten Mobile, a core business of the Rakuten Group, from the human resources domain.

HRBP Section has multiple groups with HRBP functions for Rakuten Mobile-related businesses, and GSD HRBP is one of them.


GSD stands for Group Sales Division, an organization that provides mobile communication services and related solutions for corporate clients of Rakuten Mobile.

At GSD HRBP, we handle a wide range of tasks to create a comfortable working environment for employees from the HR perspective and to revitalize the organization.

Specifically, this includes mid-career recruitment, talent development, attendance management, labor management, and planning and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
