職務内容 Roles and Responsibilities 【担当業務】
■トレーニングや組織開発のプロフェッショナルとして上流から下流まで当事者として関与
PwC Japanグループの法人向けに、トレーニングや組織開発の各種プログラムの企画・設計・展開・フォローアップまでを一気通貫でご担当いただきます。
VUCAと呼ばれる前例や過去の成功事例が全く参考とはならない皆が手探りの時代において、人材育成・組織開発のプロフェッショナルとして、部門で発生している課題の本質を適切に見極め、実行し、結果を出すことを部門からは強く期待されています。
企画・設計のみならず、実際のプログラムのデリバリーやフィードバックを通じた継続的改善などの運用フェーズにも当事者として関与いただきます。
■様々なステークホルダーとの遣り甲斐あふれるコミュニケーション
対PwC内部のクライアントに対しては上流は、トップマネジメント層(CEOを頂点とするManagement Committee)や各事業部門の部門長や人材育成担当のパートナーやマネージャー層、下流は、新規入社者(新卒や中途を含め毎月10名以上)や現場の若手スタッフまで、幅広く寄り添ったご対応をいただきます。対内部でも、人事部内での人事リーダーやチームリーダー層、同チーム(Learning &Development)の同等マネージャーレベルや派遣社員を含めたスタッフメンバーと連携しながら、「ワンチーム」としてスクラムを組み、互いの専門領域で貢献しあいながら業務を推進いただきます。

- 新入社員の受け入れと新人研修
- 新入社員のオリエンテーションの計画と実施
- 新人研修プログラムの設計と運営
- 新入社員のフィードバックと評価の実施
- 資格取得学習支援制度の運用
- 資格取得のための学習支援プログラムの策定と実施
- 研修プログラムの企画
- 研修ニーズの分析と調査
- 研修プログラムの設計とカリキュラムの開発
- 研修の評価と改善策の提案
- プロジェクトマネジメント
- 研修プロジェクトの計画、実行
- プロジェクトの進行状況のモニタリングとレポート作成

【働き方・環境】
■リモートワークが主体ですが、月に数回の出社が必要です。さらに、新人研修期間中(年2回、4~5月頃と10~11月頃を予定 )は出社がメインとなります。
■新人研修期間中は、定時前の出社が必要であり、1時間程度の残業が発生します。
■受動喫煙防止策:屋内原則禁煙(喫煙室あり)
※選考の中でAssociate / Senior Associateいずれかの職階に決まります。 登録資格 Qualification 【必要なスキル】
・研修プログラムの企画/運営/実行/ファシリテーションスキル
・プロジェクトマネジメントスキル(研修プログラムの設計および運営に関する能力)
・デジタルツールリテラシーが高い方
(Microsoft 365の各種アプリケーションやTeamsでの研修デリバリー/運営経験、ExcelのVLOOKUP関数やピボットテーブルなどの基本操作を使ったデータ処理など)
・ビジネスレベルの英語力(基本的な会話や読み書きができる方)
【歓迎スキル】
・プロフェッショナルファーム(例:コンサルティング会社、税理士法人、弁護士法人、監査法人)におけるクライアント向けサービス提供の実務経験
・税理士や公認会計士などの国家資格保有者や、関連する業界(例:監査、税務)に関する知識
・KNIMEやPowerBIなどのRPAやBIツールの経験など(利用者としての経験でもOK)
・コーチング、メンタリング、カウンセリングの資格、経験

・人材育成、組織開発に高い関心、熱意があり、当領域のプロフェッショナルとしての実績、あるいは今後そのようなプロフェッショナルになりたいという強い情熱をお持ちの方
・ステークホルダーの気持ちに寄り添った対応ができる方

・効果測定と研修フィードバックを基にプログラムの品質向上に取り組める方
例えば、研修の成果を定量的に測定し、受講生のフィードバックを収集・分析することにより、プログラムの改善点を特定できる能力を持つ方。また、この情報を活用して、プログラムの目的に沿った最適な学習環境を提供し、受講生の成長を促進できる方。
