・業務内容

新たな顧客との関係構築・新規商談創出に向けた営業チャネル戦略の策定、推進

コアターゲットとの関係構築

事業部全体の営業戦略の立案・実行

中長期視点での売上目標・KPI設計および予算管理

営業ユニットの戦略統一およびパフォーマンスモニタリング

顧客深耕・新規開拓の両面で成果が出る組織・営業プロセスの再設計

データドリブンな営業組織への転換と、CRMを活用した営業管理体制の構築

技術部門等、他部署との連携による営業活動の全社最適化

【給与】

月給:50.0~93.8万円

基本給:40.2~75.4万円

固定残業代(25時間):9.8~18.3万円
