今回、MD(商品企画・グッズ制作)として、以下業務にご尽力いただける方を募集します。
※ 応募時にポートフォリオ(過去に手掛けた作品が確認できるもの)のご提出をお願いします。
<期待する業務内容>
・トレンド、競合、ファンのニーズを分析し、商品(グッズ等)の企画
・アーティストに関連する商品の企画・デザイン・開発
・製造業者との連携、在庫管理、物流の管理・最適化
・商品のコスト計算、販売価格設定、予算管理
・オンライン・オフライン両方の販売チャネルを活用した販売計画の策定
・キャンペーン企画やプロモーション戦略の立案・実行
・販売データの分析、売上報告、パフォーマンス評価
・ライブ会場での販売体制の構築及び販売活動支援

・商品企画開発(グッズ等)の実務経験
・複数のプロジェクトを同時に管理、進行する能力
・関係部署と協働しながら売上や市場動向を理解・把握し、結果を施策に反映できる能力
・内外のステークホルダーと効果的に連携するための優れた対人スキル
・商品品質を維持するための基本的な知識
