「Speedo(スピード)」ブランドの商品企画をリードしていただけるMD職の募集です。

【募集背景】

「Speedo(スピード)」ブランドのスイムウエア、およびアパレルカテゴリーの事業拡大に向け、一緒に新しいマーケットをつくっていただける方を新た増員することとなりました。

【配属予定部署情報】

所属部署名:グローバルブランド事業本部スピード事業部企画グループ

人数:12名(男性:4名/女性:8名)

【業務内容】

具体的には下記の業務を行って頂く予定です。

《商品企画》50%

・シーズン製品企画立案および遂行(年2回:春夏、秋冬)

・シーズン追加企画立案および遂行(年2回:盛夏、ホリデー)

・別注品企画(取引先別注、ブランドコラボレーションetc)

・素材開発/選定(展示会訪問、サプライヤーとのミーティング)

※調達連携、発注、契約関連も含む

・工場選定と連携(工場訪問含む)

《計数管理》20%

・原価率の目標策定と実行

・シーズンおよび年間流動(売上、粗利、仕入、在庫)計画の立案、実行

・店頭売上数量把握と分析

《販売部連携・商品説明・販促関連》20%

・販売部門に対してのセールスミーティング(年2回)

・展示会にむけた商品プレゼン

・取引先の販売員、バイヤーへの説明(不定期)

《マーケティング》7%

・プロモーション案、マーケティング施策の立案、確認

・店頭POP、カタログ/ルックブック、製品下げ札/パッケージなど販促ツール立案

・関連イベント参加

《海外企業との連携》3%

・海外本社との連携

・海外展示会への参加

➢出張:年6~10回程度あり 国内(富山本店、取引工場、店舗、イベント等)

➢在宅勤務:規程範囲内で週1~2回程度在宅しているメンバーが多くいます。

応募資格

  • 必須スキル要件

・一般アパレル、スポーツアパレルでのMD経験(3年以上)

・ 商品企画開発の基本的知識、経験

・ PCスキル(Excel中級以上、PPT等)がある方

・社内外との高いコミュニケーション能力を要している方

  • 歓迎スキル要件

・スポーツへの興味関心がある方

・ファッションやトレンドに高い感度がある方

9:00~17:30(休憩1時間 所定労働時間7.5時間)
※フレックス制度なし

年間休日122日+夏季休暇3日間(7月~9月の間に取得)
基本的には土日祝日休み(年1回、土曜日出社あり)

当社拠点全般。入社後当面は本ポジション記載の勤務地で従事いただきます。
その後、配置転換により当社拠点全般(東京本社、富山本店、大阪支店、札幌営業所、福岡営業所)に異動の可能性があります。
