Position Description
急速に拡大を続けるTesla Japanにおいて、非連続な事業成長をドライブするシニアHRビジネスパートナーを募集します。この役割は、ビジネスリーダーの信頼できるパートナーとして、人事の専門知識を活かしながら、人員計画・組織設計・パフォーマンス管理・人材育成・労務対応・報酬/福利厚生プログラムの運用といった全領域を横断的にリードし、Teslaの"持続可能なエネルギーへ、世界の移行を加速する"というミッションに貢献していただきます。本ポジションは、「戦略人事」「ビジネス成長のイネーブラー」として活躍したい方に最適です。(HRBP=ただの御用聞きではありません
Responsibilities- ビジネスリーダー/ステークホルダーと深くパートナーシップを構築し、事業課題を「人と組織」観点で解きほぐし、人事施策をスピーディーに実行
- 人員計画・組織設計・パフォーマンス管理・人材育成・労務対応・報酬/福利厚生プログラムの運用などを横断的にリード
- マネジメント層向けに、コンサルティングおよびコーチングを提供(=ただ"人事案件をこなす"だけではなく、ビジネス成長と組織変革の伴走者)
- グローバル/APACのHRとも連携しつつ、各種人事施策のローカライズを推進
- 労働法、健康・安全衛生、労務対応といったコンプライアンス領域において、法務・HRオペレーション担当と連携し、リスクを最小化
Requirements
【必須条件(MUST)】
- HRBPまたはそれに準ずる役割における3年以上*の実務経験 *経験年数だけではなく、実務の幅・深さおよびビジネスへのインパクトを重視しますので3年未満であっても挑戦可能です
- 変化が速く、かつ成長期の環境で「自ら動ける」「変化を楽しめる」マインドセットやネガティブケイパビリティ
- データに基づいた分析・意思決定力、および複数のステークホルダーを巻き込んで課題を解決してきた実績
日本の労働法や雇用に関する基本的な知識
【歓迎条件(WANT)】マネジメントに対するコーチング経験
- マネジメントに対する研修の企画・講師経験
- 日本語・英語両言語での高いビジネスコミュニケーション能力
- グローバル環境下における人事経験
HRIS(Workday、SAP SuccessFactors等)やHRアナリティクスの活用経験
