【在宅勤務相談可能/総合商社最大手・三菱商事のヘルスケア分野の中核企業/病院経営のコンサルティング事業/三菱商事のグローバルネットワークを活かした医療資材の調達支援が強み/月平均残業20時間以下/年休123日】
■業務内容:
当社の法務業務をお任せ致します。ご経験に合わせてまずは契約関連業務を中心にご活躍頂けることを期待しています。グループ法務として複数の事業会社の法務に携われます。今後もM&A増加予定のため、攻めの法務に挑戦したい方にもぴったりのポジションです。
■職務詳細:下記いずれかの業務をご経験に合わせてお任せします。【変更の範囲:会社の定める業務】
・契約書起案・審査(和文、月100-200件程度)
・契約書雛形・約款等の作成・改定
・各種資材校正
・新規事業の構築や既存事業の変更に伴う法的整理や法的支援
・係争対応
・法令改正等に伴うリスクの評価、対策や対応
・各種許認可/各種規制法対応
・その他各種法律相談
・顧問弁護士との連携
将来的にはご志向性に合わせてM&Aや投資案件、知財、コーポレート法務など法務領域でキャリアを広げることが可能です。当社の法務部は事業部のニーズに寄り添いながら法務サポートを推進する姿勢を重視しています。親会社に対しての裁量もあり、「攻めの法務」も体現できる環境です。
■組織構成:
法務は9名構成です。(60代2名、40代2名、30代4名、20代1名)
■就業環境:
月平均残業時間は20時間以下、年間休日123日で、ワークライフバランスを整えながら就業可能です。在宅勤務は週2~3日程度活用しています。
